LEAP Summer Academy for High School and Junior School Students has a clear goal and mission: to provide a dynamic and immersive educational experience that fosters academic excellence, cultivates essential skills, and inspires young minds to explore the realms of knowledge and innovation. The overall mission is to empower students to reach their full potential as future leaders and innovators in their respective fields. This program officially commenced on July 10, 2023.

The Summer Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on projects across a wide array of disciplines, including Math, Astronomy, Biology, Quantum Computing, Energy, Material Science, Rocket Science, Space Exploration, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering Design, Robotics, Asian American History and Culture, Tech-Driven Art Design, Design Thinking, 3D Modeling, Technical Writing, Presentation, Project Management, and Leadership Development, among others. Through real-world applications and well-thought-out themes, students are encouraged to explore and innovate.

Guided by world-class faculty, including Nobel Prize laureates and industry experts, students receive valuable insights and career mentorship to help shape their academic and professional journeys. Additionally, enriching activities such as tours of Caltech and JPL, as well as cultural immersion experiences, further enhance the learning experience and broaden students' horizons.

For the upcoming year, the Summer Academy continues to expand its reach and impact. The programs for middle school and high school students provide a comprehensive curriculum aimed at inspiring young minds to pursue their passions and explore the wonders of STEM fields. Through interactive learning experiences and rich activities, students are empowered to reach for the stars and make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world at large.
