Sign up for the 2024 LEAP STEAM Summer Academy, themed as "Reach for the Stars", that will take place from July 22 to 26, 2024 at California Institute of Technology. This five-day comprehensive Summer Academy is designed specifically for aspiring middle school students (Grade 6 to Grade 8) who are eager to explore the exciting worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).

At the LEAP STEAM Summer Academy, you will engage in interactive lectures, hands-on workshops, and practical projects that blend minds-on and hands-on learning styles, all under the inspiring theme of “Reach for the Stars.”

Imagine deepening your understanding of diverse disciplines such as Math, Astronomy, Biology, Rocket Science and Space Exploration, Computer Science and Programming, Engineering Design, Robotics, Asian American History and Culture, Technology-Driven Art Design, Design Thinking, 3D Modeling, Technical Writing and Presentation, Project Management, and Leadership Development.

Eligibility

Rising 6th-8th grade students in US middle schools in the Fall of 2024.

Fees and Tuition

Application Fee: $20 (Not refundable).
Tuition: $1250 (Including project materials, daily lunch, opening and closing ceremony meals, and souvenirs).
