LEAP Mentor Program is a comprehensive program composed of a six-month one- on-one mentorship and a variety of year-around mentoring activities with an exclusive focus on academic guidance, career advice, and leadership development for young students/professionals in the STEM and related fields. LEAP mentors are accomplished professionals and dedicated educators who are committed to help grow LEAP mentees to succeed in their career pursuit.
