Dr Chen Xie

Dr. Chen Xie graduated from the MIT with a Ph.D. in theoretical physics and holds a B.S. degree in physics from Tsinghua University. She is now the assistant professor in the Division of Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy in the California Institute of Technology. She has earned Miller Research Fellowships from Miller Institute for Basic Research in Science of UC Berkeley and become one of nine extraordinary prizewinners of Outstanding Chinese Self-Financed Students Abroad. Dr. Xie has published 33 research paper in total in Phys. Rev. A, Phys. Rev. B, Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. X, J. Phys. A, IEEE Transaction on Information Theory, Security and Communication networks, AIP Advances, and Annals of Physics. She also contributed in writing four chapters for a book entitled Quantum Information meets Quantum Matter that was published by Spinger Science+Business Media, New York.
