Job Title: Bilingual Assistant of Chief Technology Officer (LEAP-DLA-01)
Job Description: Dr. Lan Academy is seeking an assistant of Chief Technology Officer to a startup company to assure the successful execution of the company’s business in both US and China. This requires envisioning the company’s service offerings as a web-based business, leading implementation of web applications, and planning for risk and growth. The assistant needs to be fluent in both English and mandarin Chinese.
Locations and Hours:

Work remotely from home, using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Hangouts, WeChat, and other tools to maintain contact and complete daily tasks.

This is a full-time 40 hour/week job but the work hours are uneven and flexible due to the nature of the cross-continents business.
Requirements
Formal Education & Certification

University degree in the field of computer science, business administration, or related disciplines. An advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience

Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Demonstrated ability to envision web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business

Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.

Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization.
