David K. Lee 

 

  David K. Lee is the Configuration and Data Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation, Aerospace Systems Sector, Space Systems Division. He is responsible for the overall Configuration and Data Management support to various major programs and projects.

     David is also the Advisor for the Asian Pacific Professional Network Enterprise Employee Resource Group at Northrop Grumman. He leads the group by organizing and supporting professional development, management development, leadership development, mentoring programs, cultural awareness, community involvement and networking events. He created the South Bay Asian American Network by bringing together the Asian Pacific American affinity groups from the local aerospace and defense companies. David holds various executive board member and officer positions with various non-profit organizations supporting the increase in the diversity leadership of Asian Pacific Americans. He was the award recipient of the first Asian Pacific American Achievement Award, the Community Advocate of the Year and the Diversity and Inclusion Top Performance Individual Performer Award.

    David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a specialty in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge. He earned his Government Contract Management designation from University of California, Los Angeles. He completed the Elevate Leadership Certificate Program from University of California, San Diego and the Engineering Leadership and Management Program from University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Configuration and Data Manager, National Defense Industrial Association and a Certified International Configuration Manager, Configuration Management Training Foundation.

    David and his wife, Tiffany, and their two children, Kaitlyn and Kyle, reside in Fullerton, California. He enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, traveling, bicycling, hiking, dragon boat paddling and volunteering in the community.
