Location Onsite: Headquarter at Herndon, VA

Positions

1) Marketing Intern (LEAP-CTA-01)

Main Responsibilities

• Draft, design, and assist in managing our main social media accounts including Wechat and Weibo.

• Assist in supporting online and offline events and activities for regional sales manager.

• Participate in brainstorming, planning, and writing sales and marketing proposals.

• Responsible for researching and developing potential business partners in US and in China.

• Use excel sheet to conduct general data editing and analyzing.

• Assist with implementation of other initiatives put forth by the executive team.

 

Requirement

• Interested in social media, skillful in managing Facebook and Wechat public account .

• Detail-oriented, responsible and reliable for work output.

• Enthusiastic about latest movement on social media such as Instagram, WeChat and Facebook.

• Student organization working experience or previous internship experience preferred.

• Recent graduates, senior or second-year graduate students preferred, others will also be considered.

• Chinese language ability required, working onsite required.

• A minimum GPA 3.0 required.

 

 

2) Business Development Support Intern (LEAP-CTA-02)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting online and offline events and activities for regional sales manager.

• Manage and streamline sales contracts, invoices, expense forms etc. for sales manager.

• Assist in reaching out and negotiating with business vendors for orders and shipments.

• Responsible for researching and developing potential business partners in US and in China.

• Use excel sheet to conduct general data editing and analyzing.

• Implement other initiatives put forth by the executive team.

 

Requirement

• Detail-oriented, responsible and reliable for work output.

• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

• Interest in consumer goods industry and capable to work in a fast-pace environment.

• Student organization working experience or previous internship experience preferred.

• Recent graduates, senior or second-year graduate students preferred, others will also be considered.

• Chinese language ability required, working onsite required.

• A minimum GPA 3.0 required.

 

 

3) Business Operation Support Intern (LEAP-CTA-03)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Business system improvement: assist the product manager in analyzing business process and in cooperating with the IT team to optimize the business system.

• Product improvement: conduct market and consumer research to gain insights about the current product; coordinate with the IT team to improve the product and according business flow.

• Sales support: Responsible for supporting the marketing and sales team for daily tasks.

 

Requirement

• Detail-oriented, responsible and reliable for work output.

• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

• Interest in consumer goods industry and capable to work in a fast-pace environment.

• Information system development and coding experience or previous internship experience preferred.

• Recent graduates, senior or second-year graduate students preferred, others will also be considered.

• Chinese language ability required, working onsite required.

• A minimum GPA 3.0 required.

 

 

4) Customer Experience Intern (LEAP-CTA-04)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Customer service team support: Assist customer care specialist in supporting customer care problems, including questions and complaints from customers, trouble shooting tickets, etc.

• Customer service team training: Prepare customer care training materials for different sales and marketing activities and accordingly, responsible for training the customer care team.

• Customer care process optimization: Assist in analyzing business process and working out optimization solutions, and cooperate with the IT team realize the solutions.
