Catherine Choi

Catherine is the Director of Operations at Paragon One, a curated invitation-only community,  cultivating authentic career mentorship between international students, entrepreneurs, and leaders from America’s top companies. Its mission is to help talented and ambitious international students obtain the most competitive internships and jobs in the United States 

which can offer visa opportunities.  Catherine was previously the Public Education Co-Lead and Operations Manager of the Korean American Community Foundation, a trusted source of philanthropy within the Korean and Asian American communities. Prior to the KACF, Catherine worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies & Co. where she worked on debt, equity, and M&A transactions for growth technology companies.  Catherine has also held roles in Client Investment Management at General Electric Asset Management and Lazard Asset Management, and was a legislative intern with the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations.  Catherine holds a B.A. degree in International Relations & Economics from 

Wellesley College and a Postbac Premed Degree from Columbia University.
